Laser Cutting / Laser Profiling / CNC PunchingTo complement our extensive range of facilities we have recently installed state of the art laser profiling and punching machines including Bystronic Bystar 3015 4000 watt turbo laser profiling system complete with rotary axis for tube profiling and Bystronic Bysprint 3015 3000 watt laser profiling system and Trumpf 202R high speed punching machine complete with load and unload system.These give us the capacity to laser cut 25mm mild steel and 16mm clean cut stainless steel and punching up to 6mm in ferrous and non ferrous metals. Our operators at Belmar Engineering have the benefit of a full Radan CAD CAM system to enable us to process drawings in all formats from our customers. We carry a full stock of most sizes of sheet to offer a quick turn-round to suit the requirements of today's high- speed manufacturers.
